By pressing 1 during either HyperLocAI IVR (Stage 1 inbound or Stage 2 callback), you (the caller) provide
express consent to receive automated text messages from HyperLocAI on behalf of the participating business
you called, regarding the matter of your inquiry. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Standard message
and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe — opt-outs are honored immediately
and permanently. Reply HELP for support, or email zach@hyperlocai.com.
HyperLocAI does not share mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes. This consent is consumer-initiated and TCPA-compliant.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately stop receiving messages from that business line.
You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

1. Program Description
HyperLocAI provides a consent-gated customer-care follow-up service for local businesses. When a
consumer calls a participating business's phone number and the call goes unanswered, the caller is offered
the opportunity to opt in to text follow-up via one of two automated interactive voice menus (IVRs):
- Stage 1 — Inbound IVR: When the unanswered call passes through to HyperLocAI,
an IVR plays on behalf of the business while the caller is still on the line. The caller may press
1 to receive a text follow-up, 2 to be transferred live to our AI voice
assistant on the same call, or 3 to leave a voicemail.
- Stage 2 — Callback IVR: If the caller hung up or did not engage during the Stage 1
IVR, HyperLocAI places an automated callback from the business's line. A softer IVR plays
offering the same three options.
SMS messages are only sent if — and only if — the caller presses 1 during one of these
two IVRs. The press-1 input is captured as the caller's express, contemporaneous consent to receive text
messages, and is logged with timestamp, the stage on which it occurred, and a retained audio record. No
SMS is ever sent without this affirmative opt-in step.

2. How You Opt In to Receive Messages
You will only receive SMS messages from HyperLocAI if you have affirmatively opted in by
pressing 1 on your keypad during one of our two consent IVRs. Either of the following
paths qualifies as a valid opt-in:
- Opt in during Stage 1 (the inbound IVR): You called a participating business, the
business didn't answer, the call passed through to HyperLocAI, you heard the IVR, and you
pressed 1 to receive a text follow-up.
- Opt in during Stage 2 (the callback IVR): You called a participating business but did
not engage with the Stage 1 IVR (hung up, no key press), HyperLocAI placed an automated
callback to your number, you answered, you heard the callback IVR, and you pressed 1.
If you do not press 1 on either stage — if you press 2, press 3, hang up, or do not respond — no text
message will be sent to you. HyperLocAI does not send unsolicited marketing messages and does
not send SMS to numbers that have not completed one of the two opt-in paths described above.
Both IVR scripts include business identification, a notice that the call may be recorded, and a clear

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency depends on your interaction:
- Initial message: 1 confirmation message after you press 1 during either the Stage 1 inbound IVR or the Stage 2 callback IVR
- Conversational follow-up: Additional messages only if you reply and choose to continue the exchange
- We will never send unprompted recurring messages or marketing campaigns
- We will never send any SMS to a number that has not opted in via the press-1 consent flow on one of the two stages
4. Costs
HyperLocAI does not charge recipients for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates
may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your
messaging rates.
5. Supported Carriers
HyperLocAI's messaging service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile,
Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support may vary. HyperLocAI is not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages due to carrier issues.
6. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving messages from HyperLocAI at any time by replying STOP to
any message. Upon receipt of your opt-out request:
- You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your request
- No further messages will be sent to your number from that business line
- Your opt-out is permanent unless you initiate contact again

Phone numbers and message content are used solely to facilitate the customer-care follow-up service for
the participating business you called. We do not share mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS
opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent
and phone number information collected through our service is used solely for the operation of the
customer-care follow-up service and is not shared with any third parties or affiliates.
