Are there any setup fees or contracts?

There's a one-time $100 setup fee that covers full configuration, number provisioning, and onboarding — billed on your first invoice only. After that it's a flat monthly rate with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with no penalty.

What's the difference between Base and Premium?

Base runs our standard IVR and AI with generous monthly allowances — everything you need to start catching calls. Premium removes the caps (unlimited AI, SMS & voice), adds an enhanced IVR, weekly & monthly reporting, and deeper AI customization. We start every new client on Base and upgrade you to Premium when you're ready to scale.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. HyperLocAI works with your existing business number through call forwarding — no number change, no disruption to your customers.
