Every automated text includes a clear opt-out. Reply STOP any time to stop all messages; reply HELP for support. Opt-outs are honored instantly and permanently — no questions asked. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
All outbound SMS communications follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Messages are sent only after the recipient presses 1 during one of our two consent IVRs (inbound or callback) to confirm consent.
HyperLocAI uses automation to place callbacks and operate IVR menus. Recipients are informed that calls may be recorded and that our virtual assistant is automated before any conversational AI exchange begins.
