Two Opt-In Opportunities — Both Gated by a Press-1

HyperLocAI never sends an unsolicited SMS. Callers are offered two chances to opt in to text follow-up — first during the inbound IVR when their own call reaches us, and again on our automated callback if they didn't engage the first time. Either way, no SMS is sent unless the caller affirmatively presses 1, and every press-1 is logged with timestamp and retained audio of the consent moment.
